Each Collector’s Photography is a comprehensive vision of the author, each time showing a story, intention or ideas. From the subject itself to the light or colors, even what it is shown on is important. Each type of light, each color symbolizes something and is the language of the photographer. However, even the paper used is part of the story, because the structure of the paper also tells something about the whole. Each story is a complete whole, it has a beginning and an end.
Technique
I divide my photographs into two types. The first type are photos taken with a typically artistic technique, ie “Light Painting”. Thanks to this technique, the photos are unique and amazing.
And the second category are photos that I would like to hang on the wall. They are to be universal, but also interesting, ambiguous and intriguing.
Collections
Each of my paintings is part of a small, closed collection, usually 6 copies. Thanks to this, everyone can have something very unique and amazing. This is important because each collectionner becomes the possessor of something unique.
It is possible to create a collection from one printout. A unique printout. Collector buying 4 pcs. of an image gets one printout, but the collection is closed on that one printout only. It is then the only copy of this painting.
After closing, each collection is archived and is not reprinted. The exception is destruction / damage, the owner of the purchased image may then send me a certificate and the destroyed / damaged work and will receive a new work after paying for a new print. The condition is to have a certificate.
Certificate of Authenticity
This is a paper confirming that a given painting is made by me and has the appropriate quality of museum prints used in the reproduction of works of art. Photography is a whole, from the creation process to the material version that the collector receives. It is very important to meet strict criteria enabling its further verification and possible further sale. Therefore, the works performed by me have the appropriate certificate that guarantees the appropriate quality of the attached work. Each certificate contains all the information required by Fine Art galleries to identify the authenticity of the picture.
Printout
It should not be forgotten that what the collector receives is the material version of the idea that was born in my mind. That is why it is so important that the printout should convey exactly what the author wanted to relay.
I print the images myself on a pigment printer. Only such photos will give an amazing effect when they are hung on your wall. If you consider how each color or type of light reflects emotions or is meant to convey something, any difference will change the initial idea. That is why it is extremely important to have a picture painted in a language that is understandable to the recipient. Even a small change in the shade of a color will change the symbolism, but also the perception of the image.
Photographic paper
I use papers for creation of museum reproductions. Such paper is not only a base on which photos are printed, it is a form of presentation. Therefore, each photo has a dedicated paper because it is the final form of presentation. Paper influences the reception of the subject and tells us a lot about the author’s intention. How it is textured, how it reflects light and how it reflects colors is closely related to the photo itself. I personally believe that the symbolism of the perception depends on what the work was printed on. That is why great painters prepared the substrates themselves in order to obtain the desired reception of the presented story.
I use papers used to reproduce works of art because only such papers give a unique reception that the works look as if they were painted, not printed. Print quality measurements showed color and brightness showed 96.5% consistency with that of the digital version of the photo. The durability of such works without changing the color or texture of the surface is guaranteed for approximately 80-120 years.
The Texture
Here you will see the texture of Hahnemuhle paper for art reproductions, on which we print our photos.
